Standard Deliveries
Free delivery on all orders over €300. On deliveries below €300, the standard delivery charge is just €14.95.
Standard delivery is normally within 3-5 working days or 7 – 15 working days for some of our display cases.
UK VAT (at 17.5%) will also be applied to orders if your company is not VAT registered. For more information, view VAT Savings.
Minimum order value, prior to delivery charge, is €50. A small order charge of €20 will be added to you order if the value of your goods is below €50.

Collection
We operate warehouses from a number of locations in the UK & Europe. Where your order is stocked and despatched from will depend on a number of factors including amongst other things our stock levels, your location and type delivery service. Important Note Regarding Damage/Shortages
On receipt of your delivery, please ensure all items are checked for damage or shortages. Damage or shortages must be reported to us within 3 working days upon receipt of delivery. Failure to follow any of the above guidelines may invalidate a claim. Thank you for your co-operation.
