Delivery from Displaysense Europe

Please read this information about our terms of delivery

Please note all orders, unless otherwise stated, will be delivered by our courier. Deliveries will generally be made between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and our courier will require a signature from a person at the delivery address. If there is nobody available to sign for the delivery, our courier will leave a card giving details of how to re-arrange delivery or collection from their depot.

Advice – choose a delivery address that can take receipt of items between 8.30am-5.30pm.

Europe Deliveries

Standard Deliveries

Free delivery on all orders over €200 or just €14.95 on all orders below €200 to the following European Mainland destinations:

Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Italy, Finland, Austria, Hungry, Poland, Denmark, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, and Estonia. Some mainland European countries are not covered under these rates, such as Greece . If your delivery country is not listed above, please call us on +44 (0)1279 213 800 for a personal delivery quotation

Standard delivery is normally within 3-5 working days or 7–15 working days for our premium display cabinets.

Offshore European Destinations

For customers requiring delivery to Offshore European destinations , such as Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and any of the Greek Islands, please call us on +44 (0)1279 213 800 for a personal delivery quotation. Minimum order value is €450.

Minimum Order

Minimum order value, prior to delivery charge, is €50. A small order charge of €20 will be added to your order if the value of your goods is below €50.

VAT

UK VAT (at 17.5%) will be applied to your order if your company is not VAT registered. For more information, view VAT Savings.

Collection

We operate warehouses from a number of locations in the UK & Europe. Where your order is dispatched from will depend on a number of factors - Please call us on 0845 200 8139 or + 44 (0)1279 213 800 to place your order and see if a collection is possible.

Other International destinations

Please place your order online and you will be contacted with the delivery cost before your order is finalised and processed. Alternatively, please call our sales dept. on +44 (0)1279 213 800 for a personal quotation. Minimum order value is €450.

Important Note Regarding Damage/Shortages

On receipt of your delivery, please ensure all items are checked for damage or shortages. Damage or shortages must be reported to us within 3 working days upon receipt of delivery. Failure to follow any of the above guidelines may invalidate a claim. Thank you for your co-operation.
