To make shopping with Displaysense as simple as possible we accept a wide range of payment methods including all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously indeed.


We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

The Displaysense website is secured by Commodo which encrypts any personal data to ensure your information is safe. We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

Payment FAQs

What payment methods do you have available?

We take most major credit/debit cards as well as American Express via Paypal (online orders only).

You are also able to pay by BACS/CHAPS. Cheques are accepted on UK orders only. Please request a Pro Forma invoice from us if you are not paying via credit or debit card.

Please note: Goods can only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

How do I use Paypal to pay for my order?

To pay with PayPal, you'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. It only takes minutes to open a PayPal account and it's free.

After entering your contact and address details within the checkout page, simply select Paypal as a payment method and click to proceed, you will then be redirected to the Paypal website to complete payment

What currencies can I use?

For customers in the UK we only accept GBP sterling (£).

For customers outside the UK, please either visit our Irish or European websites where Euro’s (€) are accepted.

When will I be charged?

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

My payment has been declined

In the first instance, please double check you have entered your details correctly.

Thereafter, some card issuers can put restrictions on higher value payments or payments outside your normal spending patterns. Please check with your card issuer that your card hasn’t been blocked and then try again or contact our Customer Service Team.

Do you offer credit accounts?

If you are a fully government funded organisation then you can send us a purchase order. Please contact us in advance so that we can send you a quotation or pro forma invoice with the correct values.

We can offer credit accounts to customers that have been ordering from us on a regular basis for at least 3 months. Please contact us for a credit application form.
