Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from Displaysense, we will replace or refund the product price in full.

Simply log in to My Account and go to your order history, then select the order you wish to return, fill in the returns form section and follow the instructions of how to return your goods. 

Your order must be returned to us within 28 days (20 working days) of delivery and in good condition. The product should be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. 

Damages

All damages must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Please email us at help@displaysense.co.uk to report any damages. We will require a picture of the damage, a picture of the consignment label on the box along with your order number and contact details. A member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.

Shortages/Miss Picks

All shortages/miss picks must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Please email us at help@displaysense.co.uk to report any shortages or mispicks. Please provide a short description of your issue and a member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.

Faults

All faults must be reported to us within your 1 Year Warranty period. 

A faulty product is one that has a manufacturing defect rather than one that has been delivered to you broken or damaged. Please email us at help@displaysense.co.uk to provide a short description of your issue along with a picture of the deemed fault. A member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.
